- Prepare the muffin pan by spraying it with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine corn syrup, sugar, and peanut butter. Stir constantly for about 3–4 minutes until smooth and slightly bubbling.
- Carefully pour the mixture over the Rice Krispies cereal in a large bowl and gently fold until coated.
- Using a medium cookie scoop, fill each muffin tin cavity with the mixture, pressing down slightly to flatten.
- Melt the milk chocolate and butterscotch chips in a microwave-safe bowl, heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
