- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, sautéing for 3-4 minutes until onions are translucent.
- Add 1 pound of ground beef, breaking it apart. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned.
- Stir in 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in 4 cups of broth and 1 cup of orzo pasta. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10-12 minutes.
