  3. Shape the Balls: Form small uniform balls, about 1 inch in diameter, from the mixture.
  4. Heat the Oil: Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry: Add shrimp balls in batches, frying until golden brown.
  6. Drain and Serve: Remove and drain on paper towels; serve with dipping sauce.
