Preparation Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and set aside a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
- Beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth. Add vanilla and mix for another minute.
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then add powdered sugar and whip to stiff peaks.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the chocolate cream mixture over the cooled crust.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips and crushed nuts over the first layer, then spoon remaining chocolate cream mixture on top.
- Add more chocolate chips and nuts on top, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and dust with cocoa powder.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Slice into squares and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or fresh berries.
