Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and set aside a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into the bottom of the dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
  3. Beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar together until smooth. Add vanilla and mix for another minute.
  4. Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form, then add powdered sugar and whip to stiff peaks.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Spread half of the chocolate cream mixture over the cooled crust.
  7. Sprinkle chocolate chips and crushed nuts over the first layer, then spoon remaining chocolate cream mixture on top.
  8. Add more chocolate chips and nuts on top, drizzle with chocolate syrup, and dust with cocoa powder.
  9. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Slice into squares and serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or fresh berries.
