  3. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, baking soda, sugar, and salt. Whisk until well combined.
  4. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about two-thirds full.
