- In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Cut in butter until coarse crumbs form.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Add milk and yogurt, whisking until blended.
- Fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined. The dough should be slightly sticky.
- Shape the dough into an 8-inch disk on a floured surface and wrap in plastic wrap. Freeze for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
