- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes until crispy, then crumble.
- Sauté chopped onions and sliced mushrooms in the skillet for 5-7 minutes until tender.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, Parmesan, crumbled bacon, Swiss cheese, sautéed onions and mushrooms, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, thyme, salt, and pepper; mix gently.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf form and place in a prepared baking dish or lined baking sheet.
- Spread ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
