  2. Mash your ripe bananas until smooth in a medium bowl.
  3. Add almond flour, eggs or flax eggs, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract, and optional cinnamon to the bowl with the mashed bananas and mix gently.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for approximately 50 minutes.
  5. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes after baking.
  6. Transfer the bread to a wire rack or plate to cool completely before slicing.
  7. Store any leftover slices at room temperature for up to one day, or refrigerate for up to 4 days.
