Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of oat milk with 1 teaspoon of dried culinary lavender and heat gently over medium-low for 5-7 minutes.
  2. While the oat milk is infusing, blend 1/2 cup of fresh blueberries until smooth to create a vibrant purple puree.
  3. Strain the infused oat milk through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl.
  4. In a serving cup, add the blueberry puree, followed by 1/2 cup of strong brewed coffee or espresso, then gently pour in the lavender-infused oat milk.
  5. Sweeten your latte with honey or maple syrup and serve iced if desired.
