  • 1 tablespoon Maple Syrup or honey if not vegan
  • 2 tablespoons Almond Milk or any milk of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract optional

  • 2 tablespoons Dark Chocolate Chips or milk chocolate as a substitute

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine protein oats, protein powder, baking powder, peanut butter, maple syrup, almond milk, and vanilla extract until a thick batter forms.
  3. Fold in dark chocolate chips and candy gems until evenly distributed.
  4. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet, flattening each mound slightly with your palm.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are golden, then allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
