Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 3-inch squares.
  4. Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each pastry square.
  5. Fold the corners of each square towards the center and press to seal.
  6. Arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring space between each.
  7. Brush each pastry with egg wash for a golden finish.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and flaky.
