Preparation Steps

  2. Carefully separate 8 Hawaiian sweet rolls and dip each one into the custard mixture for about 15-20 seconds on each side. Lay the soaked rolls on a plate.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter. Melt completely and place the soaked rolls, cooking each for 2-3 minutes per side.
