  • 1 oz Coconut Milk Use coconut cream for thicker texture
  • 1 oz Lime Juice (Freshly Squeezed) Adjust for desired tartness
  • 4 oz Sparkling Water Flavored sparkling water can be used for added taste
  • 0.5 oz Rum (Optional) Use non-alcoholic rum or rum extract
For the Garnish
  • 1 Lime Wedge For rim and aroma
  • 1 tbsp Sugar To sweeten the rim

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare your serving glass by rubbing a lime wedge around the rim and then dipping it in sugar.
  2. Fill the glass halfway with ice cubes.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine guava nectar, coconut milk, lime juice, and optional rum. Shake for 15 seconds.
  4. Pour sparkling water over the ice in the prepared glass.
  5. Strain the shaken mixture into the glass over the sparkling water.
  6. Garnish with a lime slice on the rim and serve immediately.
