Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the marinade ingredients and whisk until well blended.
  2. Add shrimp to the marinade, toss gently, cover, and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, aiming for around 400°F (200°C).
  4. Remove shrimp from the marinade, skewer if desired, then place on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Once cooked, arrange the shrimp on a serving platter and garnish with chopped cilantro.
