- Combine shrimp with half of the jerk marinade in a medium bowl. Coat evenly and marinate for at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
- While the shrimp is marinating, cut the pineapple into ½ inch pieces and soak wooden skewers in water for 10-15 minutes.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F). Oil the grates to prevent sticking.
- Place skewers on the grill and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until shrimp is opaque and firm.
