  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
  • 3-4 cloves Minced Garlic fresh offers vibrant flavor
  • 2 tablespoons Butter unsalted
  • 0.5 cup Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce optional
For the Potatoes
  • 1.5 pounds Small/Medium Potatoes (Yukon Gold or Red)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil coats potatoes for crispiness
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese can be substituted with provolone
  • 0.25 cup Chopped Parsley or Extra Grated Parmesan for garnish

Method
 

Directions
  1. Begin by washing, peeling, and cubing the potatoes. Toss them with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. Place potato cubes in the basket and cook for 20 minutes, shaking halfway.
  3. Cube the chicken breasts and season with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning. Melt butter in a skillet and cook the chicken until browned.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and garlic parmesan sauce into the skillet. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Transfer the crispy potatoes to the skillet with the chicken and toss them together.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the mixture and cover. Cook until cheese is melted.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley or extra grated Parmesan before serving.
