- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cabbage into four wedges, leaving some core intact.
- Lightly brush both sides of the cabbage wedges with olive oil.
- Roast the cabbage wedges in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
- Melt butter in a pan, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Pour in the chicken broth (or water) and simmer for a few minutes.
- Brush the garlic broth mixture over each cabbage wedge.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the brushed cabbage wedges.
- Return to oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Season with salt and pepper before serving.
