  • 2-3 cloves Fresh Garlic minced
For the Topping
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese grated

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the cabbage into four wedges, leaving some core intact.
  3. Lightly brush both sides of the cabbage wedges with olive oil.
  4. Roast the cabbage wedges in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
  5. Melt butter in a pan, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  6. Pour in the chicken broth (or water) and simmer for a few minutes.
  7. Brush the garlic broth mixture over each cabbage wedge.
  8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the brushed cabbage wedges.
  9. Return to oven for an additional 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
