Preparation
  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Toss the chicken with salt, black pepper, and paprika in a mixing bowl.
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, add olive oil and butter.
  4. Cook chicken in a single layer for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Remove chicken from the skillet and keep warm.
  6. Add remaining butter and minced garlic to the skillet, sauté for 30 seconds.
  7. Return chicken to skillet, tossing in garlic butter for an additional minute.
  8. Garnish with parsley and optional red pepper flakes before serving.
