Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until shimmering.
  2. Season both sides of chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook in the skillet for 6-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Flip the chicken and cook for another 6-7 minutes until fully cooked through.
  4. Add garlic butter to the skillet, reduce heat to low, and baste the chicken for an additional minute.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Slice the garlic butter chicken and arrange on top of the tossed salad.
  7. Sprinkle croutons over the top if desired, then serve immediately.
