  • 6 cup Fruity Pebbles Cereal no substitutions suggested
  • 1/2 cup Butter dairy-free butter can be used for a vegan option
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar essential for texture
  • 1/4 cup Flour gluten-free flour can be used
  • 14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk can swap for evaporated milk or coconut milk

  • 1/2 cup Additional Fruity Pebbles for topping

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Melt the White Chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 15-second intervals until smooth.
  2. Prepare the Flour by heating it in a separate bowl for one minute to eliminate bacteria.
  3. Cream the Butter and Sugar using an electric mixer until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
  4. Combine with the melted White Chocolate and stir until fully blended.
  5. Incorporate the warmed Flour into the mixture until smooth, then add the Sweetened Condensed Milk.
  6. Fold in the Fruity Pebbles carefully to maintain their texture.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased 8x8-inch dish, smoothing it out evenly.
  8. Set in the refrigerator for at least one hour before cutting into 2x2 inch pieces.
