Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse the fresh peaches under cool water, pat them dry, and slice into wedges, removing the pit.
  2. If using additional fruits, hull strawberries and halve them, plus halve blackberries and cherries if desired.
  3. Lay mixed greens evenly across a large serving platter.
  4. Artfully arrange the sliced peaches and any other prepared fruits around the platter.
  5. Gently place the burrata cheese ball in the center of the salad.
  6. Scatter freshly plucked basil leaves and shelled pistachios over the top.
  7. Drizzle honey and balsamic glaze over the salad.
  8. Sprinkle a dash of salt and freshly ground black pepper over the assembled salad.
  9. Serve the salad immediately.
