Preparation
- Rinse the fresh peaches under cool water, pat them dry, and slice into wedges, removing the pit.
- If using additional fruits, hull strawberries and halve them, plus halve blackberries and cherries if desired.
- Lay mixed greens evenly across a large serving platter.
- Artfully arrange the sliced peaches and any other prepared fruits around the platter.
- Gently place the burrata cheese ball in the center of the salad.
- Scatter freshly plucked basil leaves and shelled pistachios over the top.
- Drizzle honey and balsamic glaze over the salad.
- Sprinkle a dash of salt and freshly ground black pepper over the assembled salad.
- Serve the salad immediately.
