Method
 

Baking Instructions

  4. Stir in chopped scallions and herbs, then fold in ricotta cheese and milk until just combined.
  5. Turn the dough onto a floured surface, knead gently, then shape into a rectangle and cut into 12 pieces.
  6. Transfer scones to a parchment-lined baking sheet, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with seasonings.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and risen.
