Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of warm water and 2 teaspoons of instant yeast. Allow to sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add 3 cups of all-purpose flour, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 2 cloves of minced garlic. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead for 5 to 7 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the kneaded dough into a greased bowl, cover with a towel, and let rise in a warm area for 1 hour.
  5. After the dough has risen, punch it down and transfer to a greased baking sheet. Stretch and shape to fit the pan.
  6. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of olive oil over the dimpled dough, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pinch of salt, and let rise for another 20 to 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
