- In a large mixing bowl, add the cottage cheese, eggs, vanilla extract, sugar, baking powder, and flour. Whisk until well blended but slightly lumpy.
- Place a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add about 1 tablespoon of canola oil. Heat until shimmering.
