Method
 

Firecracker Sauce Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, sriracha, lime juice, and dairy-free mayo. Whisk until smooth and well blended. Set aside.
Hot Dogs Grilling
  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat (around 350°F). Allow 10-15 minutes for the grill to reach temperature.
  2. Score the hot dogs with diagonal cuts about 1/4 inch deep to prevent splitting while grilling.
  3. Grill the hot dogs for 7-9 minutes, turning occasionally until heated through and golden brown.
  4. Toast the buns on the grill for 1-2 minutes, cut side down, until lightly browned.
  5. Assemble the hot dogs in the toasted buns, drizzle with firecracker sauce, and top with cilantro and jalapeños.
