Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of plain yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Warm 1/2 cup of fig jam in the microwave for 15-20 seconds or on low heat until pliable.
  3. Fill popsicle molds halfway with yogurt mixture, then add a spoonful of fig jam and swirl gently.
  4. If using mixed berries, sprinkle them over the layers and press down gently.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks, freeze for 30-40 minutes, then freeze for an additional 4-6 hours or overnight.
  6. To unmold, run warm water over the outside of molds for 10-15 seconds and gently pull out the pops.
