Preparation Steps
- Prepare the blue layer by boiling 1 cup of water, then dissolve the blue Jell-O in it. Add 1 cup of cold water and pour into shot glasses, filling 1/3 full. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until firm.
- Make the white layer by blooming unflavored gelatin in 1/4 cup cold water, then dissolving it with 1/2 cup boiling water. Mix in 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk, cool, then pour over the blue layer. Refrigerate for another 2-3 hours.
- Prepare the red layer using 1 cup boiling water to dissolve red Jell-O, then add 1 cup cold water. Pour over the white layer, refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight.
- Garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles before serving.
