Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by placing your steak in the freezer for about 20-30 minutes until slightly firm—it makes slicing much easier! Once firm, remove it and thinly slice against the grain.
- In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, rice vinegar, fresh orange juice, honey, cornstarch, and sesame oil. Use a whisk to stir until the ingredients are well blended.
- Heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. When the oil is shimmering, add the sliced steak and season with kosher salt and ground pepper. Stir fry for about 3-4 minutes.
- In the same pan, add another splash of olive oil if needed, and toss in the sliced carrots and asparagus first. Stir fry for about 3 minutes.
- Next, add the sliced red and yellow bell peppers along with the snow peas, and stir fry for an additional 3 minutes.
- Stir in the minced garlic. Sauté together for about 1 minute. Return the cooked steak to the pan and pour in the prepared stir fry sauce.
- Cook the entire mixture for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Transfer the Extra Veggie Steak Stir Fry to a serving platter. Garnish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds and serve it immediately.

Notes
For best texture, serve hot right after cooking, as the vegetables are freshest when crisp-tender.
