Ingredients
  

For the Panna Cotta
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Whole milk
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Gelatin bloomed
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
For the Mango Puree
  • 2 pieces Fresh ripe mangoes
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice squeezed
Optional Garnish
  • 1 sprig Mint leaves
  • 2 slices Extra mango slices

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Bloom the gelatin by sprinkling it over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Heat heavy cream, whole milk, and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat for 5-7 minutes until hot.
  3. Remove from heat, mix in bloomed gelatin and vanilla extract until dissolved, and cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture into serving glasses, leaving space for mango puree, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  5. Blend peeled and chopped mangoes with lime juice until smooth for mango puree.
  6. Spoon mango puree on top of the set panna cotta and chill for an additional 30 minutes.
  7. Garnish with mint leaves and mango slices before serving.
