- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your ingredients and an oven-safe baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 6–8 minutes. Drain excess fat and season if desired.
- Spread a layer of cooked ground beef over half of a tortilla. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, then fold the tortilla in half. Repeat for remaining tortillas.
- In the baking dish, place the folded tortillas side by side. Add a dollop of sour cream on top of each.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15–20 minutes, until cheese is bubbling and tortillas are golden brown.
- Remove the dish from the oven, let it cool slightly, then cut into squares or wedges and serve warm.
