Preparation Steps
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking sheet.
- Roll out your dough into a large rectangle, about ½ inch thick.
- In a mixing bowl, combine fresh spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the spinach dip mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border.
- Roll the dough into a log, pinch the edges to seal, and slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Arrange pieces on the baking sheet to form a circular wreath shape.
- Whisk together the egg wash and brush over the dough
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
