  • 2 cups Fresh spinach Chopped
  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Sour cream Can be substituted with Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder Or to taste
  • 1 tsp Onion powder Or to taste
  • 1 tsp Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper Adjust to taste
  • Optional herbs Dill or parsley for flavor

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a large baking sheet.
  2. Roll out your dough into a large rectangle, about ½ inch thick.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine fresh spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the spinach dip mixture evenly over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border.
  5. Roll the dough into a log, pinch the edges to seal, and slice into 1-inch pieces.
  6. Arrange pieces on the baking sheet to form a circular wreath shape.
  7. Whisk together the egg wash and brush over the dough
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes, then serve warm.
