- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 4x8 inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine melted butter and mashed ripe bananas until smooth.
- Stir in sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Sprinkle baking soda and salt over the mixture, then gently fold in all-purpose flour until no flour streaks remain.
- In a separate bowl, combine additional sugar and cinnamon for the swirl.
- Pour half of the prepared batter into the greased loaf pan.
- Sprinkle about three-quarters of the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the batter.
- Pour the remaining batter over the cinnamon-sugar layer and level the surface.
