Preparation Steps
  1. Start by prepping your ingredients by mincing 1 clove of garlic and 1 jalapeño, chopping a handful of fresh cilantro, and quartering about 1 cup of grape tomatoes. Juice 1-2 limes until you have about 2 tablespoons.
  2. Halve 2 ripe avocados, remove the pits, and scoop the creamy flesh into your mixing bowl.
  3. Mash the avocados with a fork to your desired consistency, aiming for a blend with some chunks.
  4. Immediately add the freshly squeezed lime juice to the mashed avocados and mix gently.
  5. Stir in a pinch of salt, ground cumin, minced garlic, and jalapeño until evenly mixed.
  6. Gently fold in the chopped tomatoes and fresh cilantro into the mixture.
  7. Taste your guacamole and adjust seasoning as needed with additional salt or lime juice.
  8. Serve the guacamole in a beautiful bowl with tortilla chips or alongside your favorite tacos.
