Ingredients

For the Juice
  • 4 cups Watermelon cut into chunks, seedless preferred
  • 1 cup Berries (e.g., strawberries, blueberries) fresh, can mix different types
  • 1 medium Beets pre-cooked or raw, adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice can substitute with lime juice
  • 1 pinch Optional Salt to balance sweetness

Equipment

  • High-speed blender

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by cutting the watermelon into chunks, ensuring they’re seedless. Wash the berries under cool water, and peel if necessary. Scrub and trim ends of raw beets.
  2. In a high-speed blender, add watermelon, berries, and chopped beets. Add fresh lemon juice and blend on high for 30-60 seconds until smooth.
  3. Check the consistency; if too thick, drizzle in cold water and blend for an additional 10-15 seconds.
  4. Taste the juice. If too sweet, add lemon juice or salt to balance flavors and blend to incorporate.
  5. For a silky drink, strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl or pitcher, pressing down on the pulp to extract liquid.
  6. Pour juice into chilled glasses with ice, garnish with lemon slice or mint leaves, and serve immediately.
