  • 8 oz imitation crab chopped into bite-sized pieces

  • 1/2 cup red onion finely diced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley for garnish
For the Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise good quality
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice fresh
  • 1 tbsp Old Bay seasoning

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta by bringing a large pot of salted water to a boil, add pasta and cook until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prepare the shrimp by boiling water, then adding shrimp and cooking until pink and opaque; drain and cool.
  3. Chop the imitation crab, celery, red bell pepper, and red onion, combining them in a bowl.
  4. Make the dressing by whisking together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and Old Bay seasoning in a bowl.
  5. Combine cooled pasta, shrimp, imitation crab, and chopped veggies in a large bowl. Add the dressing and toss gently.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving, garnishing with parsley.
