Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, sliced jalapenos, and garlic powder until smooth.
  3. Thaw and roll out the puff pastry to about 1/4 inch thick, then cut into 2-inch wide strips.
  4. Spoon filling onto one half of a pastry strip, fold over, and twist the ends together.
  5. Brush the tops of twists with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm with dipping sauces.
