  • 1 tablespoon Liquid Sweetener Agave, honey, or maple syrup depending on fruit ripeness.

  • 2 tablespoons Melted Dark Chocolate Optional, drizzle before serving.

Equipment

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Gather your fresh fruits, yogurt, and liquid sweetener. Chop larger fruit pieces and prepare the popsicle molds by greasing them with coconut oil.
  2. Blend the chopped fruits, yogurt, and sweetener on high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into the molds, filling them evenly and leaving space at the top.
  4. Freeze for about 1 hour to firm up the mixture before inserting the sticks.
  5. After an hour, insert popsicle sticks into each mold centrally.
  6. Return to the freezer and freeze completely for 4 to 5 hours.
  7. To remove, run warm water over the molds for a few seconds, then gently pull on the sticks.
  8. Serve immediately for the best texture and flavor.
