  • 1 cup Dark Chocolate dairy-free to keep it vegan
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil omit if using chocolate chips that melt without oil

  • 1/4 cup Chopped Peanuts can substitute with any preferred nut or seed
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt to enhance flavors

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Peel and slice the bananas in half lengthwise and then cut each half into quarters. Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  2. Spread peanut butter on the top of each banana piece, sprinkle with sea salt and chopped peanuts.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted.
  4. Pour melted chocolate over the banana pieces, ensuring each piece is covered.
  5. Freeze for at least one hour until chocolate is hardened.
  6. Transfer to an airtight container and store in the freezer for up to two months.
