Step-by-Step Instructions for Christmas Salmon
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium frying pan over medium-high heat, combine pomegranate molasses, maple syrup, butter, vanilla, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 4 minutes.
  3. Remove the sauce from heat and allow it to cool slightly. Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet and coat with the sauce.
  4. Bake the salmon for 8-9 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 140°F (60°C).
  5. Carefully remove the salmon from the oven. Drizzle any remaining sauce over the top and garnish with rosemary sprigs and pomegranate seeds.
