Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a loaf pan by greasing or lining it with parchment.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, Dijon mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, paprika, and dried parsley until just combined.
  3. Spread half the mixture into the loaf pan, layer deli ham and Swiss cheese, then top with the remaining mixture.
  4. If using, mix Dijon and mayonnaise, spread over the top, and sprinkle with shredded Swiss cheese.
  5. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Cover with foil if browning too quickly.
  6. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serve warm.
