Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the cooked chicken breast with your favorite BBQ sauce, using a fork to fully shred and coat the chicken until it's no longer visible underneath the sauce.
  2. In a separate large bowl, mix the coleslaw mix with mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Fold in chopped fresh cilantro and thinly sliced green onions into the coleslaw mixture if desired.
  4. Lay a flour tortilla flat and spoon a generous portion of the BBQ chicken mixture in the center of the tortilla, topped with coleslaw.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll from the bottom up to create a tight wrap.
  6. Cut each wrap in half diagonally for easy handling and serving.
