Step-by-Step Instructions for Moist Banana Bread with Oats
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F). Line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth with a few lumps.
  3. Mix in the beaten egg, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and honey into the mashed bananas.
  4. In a blender, combine the rolled oats, sea salt, baking powder, and ground cinnamon; blend until fine flour texture.
  5. Fold the oat flour mixture into the banana batter until just combined.
  6. Pour the banana mixture into the loaf pan, smoothing the top; sprinkle oat flakes on top if desired.
