For the Sauces
  • 1/2 cup Chipotle Sauce or Sriracha/Ranch
  • 1/4 cup Mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup South Carolina BBQ Sauce any BBQ sauce works
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
For Garnishing
  • 1/4 cup Banana Peppers or jalapeños for heat

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by washing and drying your lettuce of choice, then slice it into thin ribbons for a fresh crunch.
  2. In a small mixing bowl, combine one teaspoon of smoked paprika with half a teaspoon of garlic powder.
  3. Measure out your mayonnaise, chipotle sauce, and BBQ sauce into separate small bowls.
  4. In a skillet over medium-low heat, add your sliced brisket and pulled pork, warming for about 5-7 minutes.
