Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather ingredients and prepare your workspace.
  2. Combine cranberries, brown sugar, maple syrup, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and cinnamon in a medium saucepan. Heat for 5–7 minutes.
  3. Stir in the chopped pecans once cranberries have cooked down nicely.
  4. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface until about ¼ inch thick. Cut into a square large enough to wrap brie.
  5. Spoon the warm cranberry-pecan mixture over the brie.
  6. Carefully fold the puff pastry over the brie, sealing all openings.
  7. Transfer the brie onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes.
