Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll out the puff pastry until it's 1/8 inch thick.
  3. In a bowl, mix granulated sugar with ground cinnamon.
  4. Cut the rolled-out pastry into rectangles measuring 4x6 inches and stack layers.
  5. Melt the butter and brush it over the stacked layers, then sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
  6. Place the pastry layers in a greased muffin tin and bake for 20-25 minutes.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving warm with coffee or chocolate.
