Step-by-Step Instructions for Cucumber Mint Cooler
  1. Wash 1 medium cucumber and a handful of fresh mint leaves under cool water. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds and set aside. Juice 1 lime for around two tablespoons of fresh lime juice.
  2. In a sturdy glass or cocktail shaker, place the cucumber slices and mint leaves. Muddle for about 15-20 seconds, until the cucumber is slightly mashed and fragrant.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup and the freshly squeezed lime juice to the muddled mixture. Mix thoroughly for about 30 seconds.
  4. Fill a glass with ice cubes and strain the cucumber and mint mixture over the ice.
