Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, dill or parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Lay wraps flat on a clean surface. Spread an even layer of the cottage cheese mixture over each wrap.
  3. Slice cucumber thinly and add it along with any additional veggies in a row along the center of each wrap.
  4. Carefully roll the wrap away from you, folding in the sides as you go to seal in the fillings.
  5. Slice each wrap diagonally and serve immediately or wrap tightly for later. These can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
