- In a medium bowl, combine cottage cheese, dill or parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Lay wraps flat on a clean surface. Spread an even layer of the cottage cheese mixture over each wrap.
- Slice cucumber thinly and add it along with any additional veggies in a row along the center of each wrap.
- Carefully roll the wrap away from you, folding in the sides as you go to seal in the fillings.
- Slice each wrap diagonally and serve immediately or wrap tightly for later. These can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
