  • 1/4 cup Honey Opt for quality honey like acacia
  • 1/2 cup Nuts e.g., walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • Herbs Optional, fresh or dried based on preference

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Slice the baguette into rounds about 1 cm thick and arrange them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Slice the brie cheese into thin pieces.
  4. Chop the nuts and set aside.
  5. Toast the baguette slices in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes until lightly golden and crispy.
  6. Place a piece of brie on top of each toasted baguette slice.
  7. Return to the oven and allow to bake for an additional 3-5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  8. Drizzle honey over each melted piece of brie.
  9. Sprinkle chopped nuts over the top.
  10. Serve immediately while hot.
