For Seasoning

For Thickening (optional)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Cornstarch Mix with water before adding to avoid lumps.

Preparation Steps
  1. Season chicken thighs generously with salt and pepper, and set aside.

  3. Place seasoned chicken thighs in the crockpot and cover with the sauce mixture.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until fork-tender.
  5. For a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with water and add to the sauce, cooking on high for an additional 15 minutes.
  6. Serve chicken hot over pasta or rice.
