Cooking Steps
- Pat the steak dry and season with salt and pepper. Slice the potatoes and chop the onions for cooking prep.

- Create space in skillet, crack eggs, cover, and cook for 4-5 minutes until whites are set and yolks remain runny.
- Return potatoes and steak to the skillet, warm through for 2 minutes, and serve directly from the pan.
